Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That's why we proudly offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders to the United States!

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 Business Days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, postal service issues, or customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours. You can use this number to track your Smart Eye Massager right to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Urban Aura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.
